Your first session is an opportunity to meet, share what brings you here, and feel into whether this work is a fit. There's no agenda, no pressure, and no expectation of disclosure beyond what feels comfortable.

Tracy works hard to ensure both partners feel heard, seen, and respected — including the partner who came reluctantly. Neither of you is the "problem."
